Mintt Returns Policy FAQs
Australian Consumer Law - Applies to all Australian purchases
In the instance of a major defect as per Australian Consumer law, customers are entitled to a full refund, including shipping costs. It is the customer's choice whether to accept a new replacement item or a full refund.
WHAT can be returned?
All products can be returned within the 12 month warranty period. Warranty period is 12 months from date of purchase.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Please contact our Mintt Team as soon as you believe there is a problem with your Mintt product. We will help you diagnose and fix the problem over the phone. If advised by your Mintt team member please return the item as soon as you can for a replacement.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
If you have an issue and one of our products needs to be returned and replaced for any reason, contact our Mintt team and we will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation). You can then take the product to any Australia Post outlet where they will have packaging ready for you. Once your item is scanned by Australia Post we will send a replacement product to you.
HOW do customers return items?
You simply take the item in its original packging to any Australia Post outlet, as per above.
SHIPPING for returns?
Mintt will pay for return shipping and your new item will be shipped free of charge.
CREDIT for returns?
Any returns eligible for refunds will be credited to the card used at time of purchase.
Instore return option?
Instore returns / replacements will be available at selected Mintt retailers.
Original packaging is preferable for any items returned, however if that is not available please ensure that all included accessories are returned together with the item.
